The town of Pecky, in whose administrative territory the municipality of Velke Chvalovice is, lies on the Kolin – Prague main railway corridor. Our task was to review the land use and development of the administrative area.
The change focused on the development of civic amenities and small-scale production, updating the current state of the territory and adjusting the conditions of spatial arrangement, adding the traffic solution of the town and solving sports areas in Velke Chvalovice municipality.
Detailed conditions for residential development at the level of the regulatory plan were newly set.
The existing documentation was transferred to a new standardized form according to the Uniform Standard of Land-use Planning Documentation valid from 1 January 2023 according to the amended Zoning Decrees Nos. 500/2006 and 501/2006.
