In this assignment, there are three rural settlements with a predominance of mixed housing, surrounded by agricultural land. The main direction of development of the village is mixed and individual housing and sports and recreational activities along with the development of residential greenery. A more detailed zoning study was also prepared for the new residential development. The project included the stabilization and development of the golf complex, a new tennis club and equestrian complex, the definition of the territorial system of ecological stability and landscape greenery, new planting of forests, the addition of civic amenities, including the use of the Nebrenice Chateau (a protected cultural monument). We planned to improve the residential environment (drinking water supply, sewerage and WWTP), relocation of road III/00320, addition of hippo trail, hiking and cycling routes. We have converted the documentation to a new standardized form according to the Uniform Standard of Land-Use Planning Documentation valid from 1 January 2023 according to the amended Zoning Decrees Nos. 500/2006 and 501/2006.
