The conditions for the solution of the territory, according to the superior zoning documentation of the Central Bohemian Region, were as follows: the relocation of the class III road from the centre of the municipality and its more suitable routing (straightening and solution of the roundabout for connecting local roads), the design of diverse residential development of suburban and rural type for the individual needs of builders (solitary family houses, semi-detached houses, terraced family houses, family houses with business premises and commercial type civic amenities), design of public greenery and local quiet public space with a children's playground (meeting place of the new community), solution of the class III road relocation as a new public space with greenery and civic amenities and solution of road traffic connection to the existing municipality.
We dealt with all the necessary underground and overhead services, including the relocation of the high-voltage route and rainwater retention and infiltration (new water reservoir and bank greenery).
