Continuous processing of zoning documentation and its amendments for the administrative areas of the Township of Kacov and four smaller settlements, which began with the digitization of the originally hand-drawn zoning plan. We focused on the multifunctional development of the area with a focus on enabling the new residential development, the development of public and commercial amenities, as well as the development of job opportunities in Kacov itself. The task was to preserve the rural character of four smaller settlements and agricultural use of the landscape on high-quality agricultural lands, to use the potential of the Sazava River valley for collective and individual recreation, including canoeing sports, while ensuring the interests and requirements for nature and landscape protection. Uncultivated and low-quality agricultural land was used for a golf course, which will also ensure a high-quality landscape maintenance. The project also included the development of technical and transport infrastructure, especially the provision of central drinking water supply and the disposal of sewage at the WWTP (non-pollution of the Sazava River).
