Design and shop documentation of steel structures of the 2 new desulphurization lines.
The ALLCONS company prepared the design documentation of a majority of steel structures and workshop documentation of all steel structures. Subsequently, the company carried out the author's supervision together with the contractor's design support during the assembly. The total weight of the designed structures, within 4 building sections and 4 operational sets, was about 2600 t. Designing with the help of 3D scanning and exchanging models with other design branches played a big role. The ALLCONS processed about 150 separate models of structures, which then formed a functional unit.
