Description
The subject of the work was the installation of flue gas duct jumpers in Power Plant between the flue gas ducts from unit B1 and the common flue gas duct from units B3 and B4, as well as a jumper between the flue gas duct from unit B4 and the common flue gas duct from units B1 and B2. Both flue gas connections are ø 5000 mm.
The flue gas ducts were fitted with a pair of new tandem dampers (ø 5000 mm) and two existing tandem dampers were relocated.
The work also included the reconstruction of the supply of sealing air for the dampers. Two new sealing air fans were supplied, the sealing air piping was modified, including shut-off dampers and sealing air heaters.
The documentation included Detail Design and As Built documentation.
The contract was not only processed in our company in terms of technology, it also included documentation of the building and steel structures. The documentation of the Electrical Engineering and the Instrumentation and Control (I&C) were subcontracted and provided by ALLCONS.
