The aim of the project was a complete supply of two bag filters for the filtration of fumes flowing from the sintering furnaces of the South agglomeration. The filters included clean and row gas ducts, fans, conveyors and tanks. The total weight of the delivered steel structures was 950 tons.
- Design documentation including structural analyses: building permit design documentation, detailed design documentation, workshop documentation, as-built documentation
- Fabrication and assembly of steel structures: filters, de-dusting ducts, silencers, CaCO3 and fly ash silos
- Installation of filter bags, conveyors (pneumatic transport) and pressure air distribution systems
- Insulation of filters and dedusting ducts
