BIM (Building Information Management) is a modern technology that allows you to create digital models of buildings and plan their construction and maintenance. By introducing this method into the design process, we can better process and express the intentions of the investor, architect and all participating design branches, including suppliers. BIM brings more efficient services and the entire process, as there is no loss of important information and every proposal or change is immediately captured in digital models of the building. The outputs of the BIM method have extensive use: for the needs of Facility Management or brownfield regeneration, where they support effective planning and optimize costs.
Through the BIM method, we provide our customers with services within the digitization of the construction industry, the so-called Construction 4.0. We also participate in the introduction of BIM/VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) into the teaching of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Brno University of Technology.
