We created a spatial model of Kafka's house. Its result are the construction drawings of the current state (floor plans, sections and views) and a 3D model of the building, into which equipment of related professions, such as furnishings, air handling units, radiators, electronic equipment, hydrants, etc. will be inserted.
The spatial model, which is designed especially for building management, can be regularly updated according to the changes made. It is possible to monitor, for example, regular inspections of equipment, connection of individual radiators, connection of socket, light and low-voltage circuits, inventory of fire extinguishing equipment, etc.
The process of creating a 3D model is divided into the following stages:
Stage 1: Surveying an existing building and creating a spatial point cloud
Stage 2: Plotting a 3D model of the building in a BIM program from a point cloud
Stage 3: Introduction of fixtures, radiators and other equipment, including their specifications.
